Bosnia-Herzegovina finished fourth with 13 points. Armenia finished fifth, while Liechtenstein finished bottom of the table with 2 draws and 8 defeats.
The main round consists of six groups. Group A and group have already been determined. Group A includes Turkey, Italy, Wales and Switzerland. Group B includes Denmark, Finland, Belgium and Russia. For the remaining four groups (C-F) three teams have already been determined, while the fourth team must / can qualify via the playoffs. The following teams have already been selected for Group C: Netherlands, Ukraine, Austria.
The fourth team will be the winner of the playoffs D, i.e. Georgia, North Macedonia, Kosovo or Belarus. Group D includes England, Croatia and the Czech Republic. The fourth participant will be the winner of the playoffs C. These will be held among Scotland, Norway, Serbia and Israel. Group E currently consists of Spain, Sweden and Poland. The winner of playoffs B will be added as the fourth team.
So that could be Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ireland, Northern Ireland or Slovakia. The toughest group is group F. In addition to Germany and France, Portugal is also in this group. The fourth team will be the winner of Playoffs A. These will be played between Iceland, Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria.
